a bit from here and a bit from there, The Bun is a small casual Asian joint ,just outside the Carmel market that infuses Japanese Vietnamese,Thai,Chinese and korean food with the both brothers-chefs, own interpretation for traditional dishes.

we wake up every morning to  make the freshest ,fine but yet simple food that is available to everyone.
